Process
- Dissolve sugar and water.
- Add egg and concentrate and mix at slow speed for 1-2 minutes using flat blade attachment.
- Scrape and mix at medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Add oil gradually and mix at slow speed for 2 minutes.
- Bake at 200 degree C for 20-22 minutes (for a 50gm muffin).
